Hospitality Project - Phase 1 scheduled start - March 2014
Example of eco lodge design
The hospitality side of Aqua Vita will be constructed in phases. The first phase which will be the building of 5 eco lodges is scheduled to start in March 2014. For those seeking a back-country getaway in virgin territory with minimal environmental impact in a pristine setting this will be is paradise found. Each lodge or homestead will be luxurious in design but built according to strict eco-criteria. The main focus will be to create an off the grid design that will still ensure a lifestyle that is as comfortable as if it were connected to the national grid, but using renewable energy sources and systems that put back rather than waste pollute and of course cost. Guilt and cost free!
As phase 2, a communal area will be constructed overlooking the river and will operate as the focal area for short term rental guests and home owners wanting more than just self catering. Guests will be able to buy food and beverage and it will form a recreational base for travelers and owners visiting Aqua Vita. It will also include a natural pool, a lapa and dining area with a deck overlooking the river as the focal point.
Creating the dream of Aqua Vita will take time, it will take money BUT most importantly it will take people. We understand that this is not everyone's "cup of tea" and that it will require like minded people to ensure the ultimate success of the project.
We are looking to attract investors who would like to be part of such a project. Investment starts from as little as R 250 000. 00 and a number of options are available. As part of the share block scheme, share holders will have the opportunity to either come and stay at Aqua Vita for a total of 4 weeks per annum, or they can offer their lodge into the rental pool for a portion of that time. Revenue will be generated for shareholders through the renting of accommodation to visitors.
